Wonderstruck by Brian Selznick

Just saw the film Wonderstruck based on Brian Selznick's wondrous book at the Tivoli art cinema on the 19th. Brian was there to MC and answer questions. The event was sponsored by the Rabbit Hole children's book experience raising funds now to be a full immersion children's book living museum here in KC. They used to be my favorite Children's Book store- The Reading Reptile here in Kc with wild and oversized sculptures of children's book characters filling the space, an art area, films and even puppet shows by some of the world's best authors and illustrators of children's books.www.rabbitholekc.org/.

Good News, Awards from Hollins and Critiques from Simon and Schuster

My one of a kind mono print got a positive review from Laurent Linn art director at Simon and Schuster while at the awesome SCBWI Illustrator Event.
I was was awarded the Editor Award for my Pug story at Hollins 2016 and just awarded the Literature Award for 2017.
